Position Summary
The Marketing Manager owns and leads Conco Construction’s marketing and communications efforts, ensuring all initiatives strengthen the company’s brand, support business development, and promote Conco’s culture and capabilities. The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and managing initiatives from concept through production, while maintaining brand consistency and quality across all platforms. The Marketing Manager partners with project management, HR, and company leadership to deliver marketing materials, communications, proposals, and events that effectively support operations, recruiting, and overall brand visibility.
Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities
· Develops and executes marketing strategies and campaigns that strengthen the Conco Construction brand and increase visibility within the construction industry and local community.
· Maintains brand consistency across all marketing materials, communications, and digital platforms, and provides recommendations to senior leadership to enhance marketing efforts and brand positioning.
· Owns and manages Conco’s proposal development process from initial request through final submission, coordinating with Project Managers to gather technical content, project details, and supporting materials.
· Develops and produces proposal documents including formatting, graphics, resumes, project descriptions, and supporting collateral, ensuring proposals meet submission requirements, deadlines, and brand standards.
· Maintains proposal templates, project profiles, and marketing content libraries
· Coordinates project photography and develops project write-ups highlighting completed work and company capabilities.
· Owns and manages Conco’s website and ensures content remains current, accurate, and reflective of company projects, news, employees, and initiatives.
· Develops and executes social media strategy and digital content to promote company culture, projects, recruiting initiatives, and industry presence.
· Manages and produces company newsletters and communications, ensuring messaging is timely, accurate, and aligned with company objectives and employee engagement efforts.
· Partners with HR to develop recruiting-related marketing materials and support workforce development initiatives that promote careers in construction.
· Plans and manages external client events, community involvement initiatives, and internal employee events in partnership with HR.
· Manages the marketing budget and relationships with external vendors, agencies, photographers, and creative partners, ensuring quality and timely delivery of marketing materials.
· Manages marketing projects, research initiatives, and operational processes while developing and maintaining marketing procedures and best practices.
· Analyzes marketing performance and campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure initiatives are completed accurately and on schedule.
· Builds strong relationships with internal teams and serves as the primary point of contact for marketing-related requests across the organization.
Education & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or another related field
· 5+ years’ experience in marketing and communications position(s)
· Working knowledge of marketing ROI maximization
· Strong understanding of social media outlets and platforms
· Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Physical Requirements
· Mostly sedentary, sitting at a desk within an office environment. Frequently required to reach with hands and arms, view a PC monitor, talk and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, or kneel.
· May at times lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
Working Conditions
· Work is performed indoors in an office environment
· Work is primarily performed Monday through Friday with a consistent work schedule; but may work some unusual hours as needed to support and attend events.
